please make sure you enter the correct details when you order. momo will be unable to make adjustment or any changes to it as order processing begins immediately in the fulfillment center. 

all item(s) will go through a thorough inspection and be safely packed before shipping.

if you find any issues with the product itself, please reach out to momo within 30 days. depending on the cause, we will have an open discussion to find the best solution for the issue.
