Shipping policy

FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

due to its digital nature, you can simply download your purchase right away after you complete an order. there will be no physical product to deliver, so don't wait at the door! and of course, that means NO shipping cost. 

 

FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

physical orders will be shipped from the US.

shipping time will vary depending on the courier and destination country. please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive if you are inside the US. international orders may take longer up to a month.

IMPORTANT: please make sure you enter the correct address when you order.

momo will be unable to make any adjustment once your order goes through as the fulfillment center will process it immediately (within business days).

if your order gets redirected back due to an inaccurate shipping address, please reach out to hello@momoaintnofluff.com. the customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred.

the customer is responsible for all customs fees and import taxes. these fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
